Abstract
“Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly progressing in different workplaces and how substantial difference has already been made within the healthcare space. The power of AI gives us the opportunity through various technologies to efficiently process a vast amount of information from different resources, beyond our own capacity.

In this webinar, we will explore the AI basic technological tools and strategies that have been deployed within the health care industry. We will learn about how AI can be integrated for disease diagnosis, monitoring patients within the hospital systems and improvement of the treatment modalities and outcomes. We will relate how NLP can be used to explore, manage and classify medical or dental data and discover how AI can be applied to health care interventions and patient care. We will examine potential challenges, current limitations and misconceptions surrounding the AI technology. Lastly, we will summarize current AI’s applications in different fields of dentistry and discuss how our profession could be potentially transformed and benefit in the future.”
